Bugfixes and Chat Update

Bugfixes:
-default port not displaying properly should be fixed
-the infamous "Numbers of Doom" are gone

Chat Update:
-added /me coloring
-moved tags to before username
-changed [admin] tag to [dev]

Small update, really just a warmup for things to come. Hope you enjoy!

I also meant to add the ability to use \n in chat, but somehow that line of code got left out, not sure how. I will release a new stand alone chat client in the next day or so, it will have the ability to use \n. It wasn't a large update, but I got a couple of annoying bugs fixed.

New stand alone chat client.

I've got an updated stand alone chat client ready to go. You can get it here. The .sh file is not working properly, so don't try to run it using that. This version of the client includes the ability to us \n in chat.
