DualAGPx4.frame and DualPCIx8.frame, what do i do with these?

Title says it all, i got a DualAGPx4.frame and a DualPCIx8.frame and i have no clue what to do with them, anyone tell me what i do with them?

As of now, they have no purpose, but when the UPDATE comes(ttj or any available dev with the answer, can I please have an update on the percentage complete on the UPDATE?), they will have a purpose.
