Dedrick quest file not appearing

So after i talk to Dedrick he supposedly gives me a copy of his challenge, but when i go to look in my HD...ITS NOT THERE!!!, please tell me how to find it exactly or what might be causing it not to show up. Ty

If you ever loose a copy of the file, go back to dedrick and find the button that says you lost your copy and he will give you a new one.
