Website help

Not exactly scripting help ...
I am trying to move my site out of the site editor, and Bleh suggested I use frames to do this. I used a txt doc as the source for the frame, but although all my website content was there, the divs werent working ... Can anyone help me on this?

Well, if you want... The first thing I learned was HTML, then CSS, tried Javascript (gave up because it was getting annoying and breaking when I changed the contents of a UI string that had no other reference anywhere in the code OTHER than an Output line that just said to display the text), and just learned PHP.
