Ragnar Quest failing after scan

After scanning Ragnar during his quest, and then clicking the 'I've done it' link, his web page is almost devoid of content other than his title, picture, and a heading that contains two double quotes (see screenshot.)

This was the first time I scanned Ragnar, so I don't think I did anything out of sequence to mess this up.

According to Ragnar himself it is fixed now.
If anyone has still problems with the NPCs and their quests then please report it in the in-game chat or in this forum.

Thanks for reporting guys. We are aware the the quest is still broken. It is on our to-do list of things to fix. We will make a post when it is fixed.
