Ok, before I post them to avoid confusion put the suggestion number before your words, i.e.
"2: Yes, this is an awesome idea, here is some money for being so cool..."
And so on.
1: Watch script that monitors the ~GAME MESSAGES tab.
I have often missed important info in the game messages because of all the other drivel that gets posted in there. Give us the ability to autonotify us of extra important things (especially when someone becomes "busy") It will probably have to fire on a channel change, (so it can tie in with suggestion #2)
2: An API call that returns all the players in a channel
I know most of you will oppose this, but it'd sure be useful, especially if used in a watch script (which will have to fire on a channel change) and used to see if friends or enemies have logged on (probably needed when the playerbase gets bigger)
3: Pop up messages in all the APIs or something.
Using the logs and in game messages is good, but sometimes all we want is a popup message, (think "your computer has overheated") and similar. My major reason is so that it alerts me to a development in the game when I'm here or in the wiki looking up stuff, without writing it to a log or something silly.
4: Connection bouncing
We have all wanted to attack someone we hate (or love?) without them knowing it was us, but how do we do that considering everyone will, over time almost inevitably learn our IP? A connection bounce will give you the anonymity of a zombie, but the power of your own attack lvl, it will probably be a call like zombie but it will be more expensive and also cost more cpu. Attack damage will transfer to you, but the bounced port will be unable to be used (to give the bouncee a hint).
That's it for now :)

here's #5: Make the port management window resizable:
It's frikken huge, nuff said.
#6: Script debugger:
because compiling it to test something could become quite costly indeed.
Update:
Suggestion numbers one and two have been deemed unbalanced/impractical by my fellow chat peers. Keep this in mind before you reply.

#6...
i so want that, i have wanted to post a suggestion on that for a while but never got to do it...
i want to add #7: client:
i know it will take long time to make but i think it would be nice to have the oppotunity to download a client to this game, so you wouldn't have to have the internet open and by accident close the http://www.hackwars.net/play-hack-wars page... by that not said that your version isn't good (all respect to the devs.) and you woulden't have to remove it just because some of the players used the client.
it would be nice to be able to launch HW from the desktop

5: Do you know you can turn off columns? It shrinks down pretty quick when you turn off everything you don't need to see continuously.
Yes, I knew that
Sure I knew that, but if you need the info back in a hurry, it's slow and painful.
