busy messages

everyone has seen them, and this annoys me but new players ask what they are, say they have read the wiki and then attack the player -.-, so how about having the message say at the end "These are usually high leveled players." or something, but only for ppl who are below total 200 or something.

e.g if i was busy i would just see "192.168.1.117 was busy.", but a new player would see "192.168.1.117 was busy ~ these are usually high leveled players."
