Strange Files on HDD

Has anyone had the following on there HDD before?

Folder: 71320C62C2FC
Containing - File
9360.bak
_README
EAB9.bak

The _README file did contain the message "- Please don't erase this. We're trying to fix something. ~surfpup"
I was recently hacked by someone and found these misterious files claming to be from a DEV. Obviously I deleted them.

I think I remember such files. But that was some time ago. In any case it is a fake.
The devs use a second test environment to test fixes first. And if they tried to fix something with your account then you would know it beforehand.

What's next? The annoying filebombs again?
