Annoying graph glitch

Im having a very very annoying glitch, both in openGL and in no openGL. Im using Chrome. Windows XP.

i made a circle around the things that are glitched, and you should also direct your view to the bottom of the pic.

That bottom glitch hovers over the chat bar, i cant read when i type. also, when i add a character, the glitch changes a bit.

Im having this issue on my site, too, and on the script editor. Havent tried anywhere else.
