functions for redirect API

Allow functions like getTargetIP to be accessiable to the redirect scripts.

I was hoping to create a redirect script that can examine the Target's IP address so I can choose which resource to redirect.

I thought they had been removed before, on purpose. Also, keep in mind. a custom redirect script would be VERY CPU intensive.

I believe that full attack api is already in the works for redirects.
