I know this is old, but ill bring it up again as this is a bug.
Tested and proved a few weeks back with unite (i only usually post the bugs i can replicate, this one i havent got the knack down to replicating it).
Along with this also go that NPC's can attack ports that arnt even on, can happen in pvp too
there are also a few other bugs that go with it (busy atm to list, about 5 others).
