I cant open the game! Help!

I put in my name and pw, hit login..........nothing happens. Please help! I'm too bored!

I signed in the the page that says "Play" hit log in, but it didn't open up the game. I just got the game running today, but a lot of things have problems, like the Quest NPC websites and my port manager says that there is nothing installed. I asked in chat what's going on, someone else said they had the problem. Someone else said to log out and back in again, so I logged out but now I'm stuck without being able to log back in.
