Attention Hackers! (many of whom may be zombies as well)

Since the zombie feature is getting some long-needed attention from the developers, we would love to see / hear / read your thoughts on zombies! Please reply to this thread with suggestions, complaints, wishes, etc about zombie functionality in HackWars! Please note that posting something here does not guarantee it becoming a part of a future release; however, you can always hope. Thanks in advance for your participation and feedback.

# could be worth a few laughs: counterZombieAttack(). Bonus points if you can loop it to call multiple zombies.

# send ~GM messages from the zombie to the controller - 'You have overheated 900.800.6.000' messages and the like would be damn useful, since it's currently guesswork.

could we get that? cuz scanning your opponent just before you zombie attack him, kinda give you away..

This is why players come up with methods to avoid scanning targets.

but still what sense does it make to have a zombie, that you can attack with, but a simple task as scanning is impossible.. that's very L33t hacker skills.. NOT..

scan() is cheap, effective, and difficult to be stealthy with; if you're concerned with staying hidden, you should be using another tactic. There's a few different methods of doing this, so you really have no excuse whatsoever to scan a target before launching zombies at them.

Being able to move your zombies around would be great. But I think I would be more fair if we could move them through a new attack finalizer.

Worth for more than a few laughs.
But there is one thing I am wondering: Is it possible to build a bot with that function?
Looks like it is very hard as long as we have only counterAttack functions (without the ones to "counterattack" the default bank and attack port)
Maybe we should simply teach new players how easy it is to break bots (and make much money out of it).

Zombie with globals! Make it

Zombie with globals! Make it so we can use zombie(getGlobal(0)) etc. This works if the IP is the person who installed the script but if you change the global then it won't work.
