can't log into anything

i just made this account so that i could post to the forums to ask for help! my main(only other account till now when i made this) is inaccessible to me now! i didnt really like my password, so i changed it on the main page to "e=/\A(^2" because i think thats a fun password... everything seemed to check out. then i tried to log in and play HW...but in the process of switching to the game log in page i was logged off the website, and now i cant log into either. i tried password reset but it says that it was unable to send an email...please help! i was really having fun, thinking of becoming a member, but i prob will not if i have to start over! :(

(i have been playing these past 5 days using 2 different computers(not at the same time) and today on a 3rd (also win7 64-bit using same browsers)
