Been trying to get on since this morning. Cleared Java, refreshed, and still nada.

same. Fairly confident the server is down as it seems a few others are having the same issue. But I am not any sort of admin so wouldn't know for sure.

The Server is indeed down, which I'm sure everyone has figured out by this point. I don't believe the reason is known at this time, though it may have something to do with HD space. I'm sure the problem is being looked into or will be as soon as an admin has some free time to do so.
