Firewall Bug

My 78 percent petty reduce firewall does not work. Instead of reducing 78 percent petty it reduces 22 percent.

Its been many months now and nobody has considered this a bug. I just tested it out again today with a zombie.

A 78 percent petty reduce is installed on my bank port. 78 percent of the cash was stolen.

I did a test with a 22 percent petty reduce firewall, 78 percent cash was stolen as well.

I just proved here that my 78 percent petty has the EXACT same effect as the 22 percent petty reduce.

Here is what the firewall attributes read:

78.00% emptyPettyCash() reduced

Second firewall
22.00% emptyPettyCash() reduced

The 22 percent empty petty is correct, the 78 percent petty should only allow people to steal 22% instead of 78.
