Developers

Before i start i'm not sure how many developers i have missed out of the list, and how many are ex-devs. A developer can be spotted in game by the colour of their name in the chat list which is yellow. A developer helps the game by coding the game to progress, and example is of draconisravenix who codded alot of the December 2009 update(s) along with ttj (terribletriojoe). Like moderators they come equipped with a range of commands that they can usewithin the game to maintaine peace and fair play, some of the commands that they can run are stfu (mute), kick and create mod (makes a player a moderator).

Moderators

A moderator can easily be spotted within the game by the colour status of their name which is shown as green. Within the game moderators are trusted players who have been chosen by the devlopers to look after the game and ensure that people do not break the rules (which are found [1]). To maintinae this the moderators have commands that allow them to kick people from channels (they cannot kick other staff), and a command to mute people. In game this command if often reffered to "/stfu" as this is the command that is used to mute a player.
