The bank example here is something im using similarly. It does not work correctly for withdraw. It works properly for deposit, and transfer was untested. Using after withdraw wont return the amount withdrawn.

Bank Withdraw: $500.0 to kiichan. $0.0 left in petty.

Bank Deposit: $200.0 ($174.0) to kiichan. $300.0 left in petty.

Bank Deposit: $0.56 ($0.4872) to kiichan. $299.44 left in petty.

Bank Deposit: $299.44 ($260.5128) to kiichan. $0.0 left in petty.
