format change

why did you change the format of the busy message from ===text=== to <h2>, as it now looks like a title like the rest~ werty

===text=== doesn't make text bigger, it marks a subsection, which would appear in the content table at the beginning. See [Help:Editing#Organizing_your_writing]. Thats why I changed it to something else. In hindsight <h2> wasn't the best choice but I didn't see the underlining in the start. Now it uses a <span> with css styles to format it properly and distinct from titles. And to sign your talk use ~~~~ or at least ~~~ if you add it later. Silverlight 09:20, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
